Shipping policy

Please anticipate 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. Processing times may be extended during holidays, restocks, launches, limited edition releases and promotions. Please keep in mind that, during the November/December holiday season, carriers are also experiencing higher than normal volumes and may take longer to deliver your order.

You will be notified once your order ships.

AYỌCATHY currently ships within the USA, via USPS.

Shipping & handling charges:

Standard delivery (3-5 business days): $10 flat fee for all orders domestic within the United States (free shipping on each order over $100 to the same address)
Express (1-2 business days): $16 flat fee for all orders domestic within the United States

Please note that all items in each order will be shipped to one address. (i.e., we will not ship to multiple locations for the same order).
