What payment options are accepted?

Payment for purchases on our website can be made with debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

I would like to give an AYỌCATHY gift; can I send a personal message with my order?

An AYỌCATHY gift is a perfect gift! Within your shopping cart, you will be able to write a personalized message in the box that reads “Special instructions for seller”. Complete the check out as normal. Your message will be handwritten within a card and inserted into an envelope to be included within the package to the recipient.

Please note that all items in the same order will be shipped to the recipient. (i.e., we will not ship to multiple locations for the same order).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, amendments cannot be made after the order has been placed. Please review your order details at checkout and before submitting the order.

How long should I expect to receive my order?

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States of America. If you’d like for us to consider shipping to your country, please let us know by filling the contact form.

Can you show me how to tie my headwrap/headband?

We’re glad you asked! We recorded some tutorials for you. Subscribe to our Youtube page (@ayocathy) and follow us on Instagram and Facebook (@ayocathy1) for tutorials. There are so many ways to tie our wraps, so we would love to see how you wear your wraps :)
